Terms and Conditions – Digital Melbourne Football Club Prepaid Gift Card

  1. Eligibility
  • Offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Only one (1) gift card will be issued per eligible person/transaction.
  1. Offer Details
  • Eligible participants will receive a Melbourne Football Club Digital Card (“Gift Card”) valued at $20 AUD.
  • The gift card will be issued electronically to the phone number provided by the participant.
  • The Melbourne Football Club Digital Card is valid to be used at all food and beverage venues operated by Delaware North in the MCG. The Melbourne Football Club Digital Card is also valid at the Demon Shop.
  1. Conditions of Receipt
  • Participants must spend over $100 in the Demon Shop via in store on online at https://shop.melbournefc.com.au/ to qualify for the offer.
  • All steps to qualify must be completed within the promotional period: 4pm Monday, 21st July 2025 to 11:59pm Saturday, 2nd August 2025.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or bypass eligibility criteria may void the offer at the discretion of the Melbourne Football Club].
  1. Delivery
  • Gift cards will be sent via SMS within 1 Business day of satisfying all conditions.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure a valid and correct email address and contact number is provided.
  1. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative
  • The digital gift card is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or deleted gift cards will not be reissued, unless required under the ACL.
  1. Liability & Consumer Rights
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • If a digital gift card is defective, not provided as promised, or otherwise not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy in line with your rights under the ACL.
  1. Privacy
  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
  • Your details will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling this offer unless you have consented otherwise.
  1. Changes & Termination
  • Melbourne Football Club reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer at any time with reasonable notice, provided such changes do not affect any rights already accrued by eligible participants.
  • In case of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel gift card distribution.

Product Terms:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Melbourne Football Club Prepaid Gift Card (“the Card”) are not included. The Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Card any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet.
