Returns and Exchange

Thank you for your order!

The Demon Shop is happy to accept exchange and refunds within 30 days of purchasing the items.

In order for us to process an exchange or refund for your return, we require the following information (faulty items are exempt from the below);

Proof of purchase, order number or confirmation email.

  • The goods have not been worn/used and the tags are still attached.
  • The product can be sent to The Demon Shop using the below address:

Please note that in the case of items being sent, postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure you include a note of what you would like either a refund or exchange, your order number and your full name. Once you have sent off your parcel to us, please email [email protected] with your tracking number so we can track your parcel and assist if necessary.

The Demon Shop cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit. If opting for a refund, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method used.
