Is The Demon Shop open?

The Demon Shop is open Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm. For Melbourne Home & Away games played at the MCG we're open pre, during & post game.

Is The Demon Shop open for Click and Collect?

We currently do not offer a Click and Collect service, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Will you be receiving more stock of products?

We may not be able to restock some products do to supplier constraints. Please keep an eye out on the website and social media for a re-stock of products or contact the store on 9652 1102.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

Please make sure your email is entered correctly when making orders through The Demon Shop website. We have noticed sometimes the confirmation email ends up in the junk folder. If you still haven’t received any email, please contact us on

Amendments to orders

When placing an order please ensure that you have the correct items and quantities in your cart. We cannot amend orders once they have been placed. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If you have placed an order with the incorrect items, please contact The Demon Shop if you wish to cancel the order. We can issue you a refund and you will be able to place another one for the correct items.


If you have ordered products along with a pre-order product, your order will not to be part shipped.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been placed you will receive updates via email. The updates will show when your order is being packed and shipped out via our warehouse. Australia Post will then send you updates throughout the delivery process.

Delivery times

If you have placed an order prior to 10am it will be sent that same day. If there are stock issues your order may take longer to reach you. Delivery times with Australia Post can vary however we usually allow up to 3-4 business days to reach you.
