We will gladly exchange or refund any product under the following conditions (the following conditions do not apply to faulty items):
- All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of your purchase
- Proof of purchase is required with all returned items
- All items must be returned in original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact
- Strictly NO returns on items that have been heat pressed with number/s or names
- No returns on sale items
Faulty items may be exchanged or refunded provided that proof of purchase is supplied.

After contacting the Demon Shop please send your item to the address below and enclose your best contact details. Or you are welcome to return your item in person to The Demon Shop, located at the MCG, Brunton Ave next to gate E.
